RECREATIONAL PLAY ONLY
The adult soccer program is designed for fun without the competitive play normally experienced by our sons and daughters. The SABR Program is very strict on this. It's our goal to provide recreational fun without the element of hard play in deference to our ages.
PLAY FORMAT: MEN’S LEAGUE
This year we will have 11 players per side. The game will be comprised of two 40 minute halves officiated by an adult referee and two linesmen. One game will be played per week for each team. For the Men’s League, 2 nights are planned for play: Mondays and Tuesdays, with kickoffs at 6:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. There will be no scheduled practices for the teams; this will be left up to the individual players. Space is limited to a maximum of 8 teams with up to 17 players per team.
PLAY FORMAT: WOMEN’S LEAGUE
This year we will have 11 players per side. The games will be comprised of two 35 minute halves officiated by an adult referee. One game will be played per week for each team. For the Women’s League, games will be played on Wednesdays, with kickoffs at 6:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Space is limited to 4 teams with up to 17 players per team.

BALANCED TEAMS
Players will be assigned to teams in order to ensure that they are as balanced as possible. Everyone must register as individuals -- no team registrations are permitted. Our goal is to have the games be as competitive as possible by distributing all skill levels equally amongst the teams. If necessary, the players will be rated in order to achieve this goal.
REGISTRATION GUIDELINES
1 - Men’s League: You must be 35 years of age as of January 1st, 2010.
Women’s League: You must be 18 years of age as of January 1st, 2010.
2 - Submit a completed and signed SABR Registration Form and a signed SABR Participation Agreement.
4 - The first 135 men and 68 women who register by February 8, will be assigned to teams. A wait list will be created for any registrations received after February 8. Players will be called by their Team Captains during the week of February 16, and games will begin February 23.
